We provide specialist support for each of our CMS systems.
In most cases, our CMSupport incorporate hosting and the CMS applications themselves.
The benefit to you: seamless support for your website, whether you need help uploading an image, adding a new page, or a new email address.

web2growCMS support
Support for web2growCMS (modX): $55 per month (paid annually):
- Maintenance of the CMS for required security patches.
- Maintenance of server performance and uptime.
- Maintenance of CMS database and uptime.
- Email ticket support with 4 hour response time during office hours EST.
- Unlimited telephone support during for the first 30 days during office hours EST. This supports you while you learn your way around the CMS system.
- Ongoing support via Support Area including online manual, FAQs and Support News.
- Telephone support available if CMS non-functioning during office hours EST.
- Includes hosting: 200Mb storage and 1Gb of traffic.
- Includes email: Up to 10 emails (within your 200Mb), or redirect to your mailserver. Please read Support Addons if you have special requirements for email.
- Addons: Upgrade to 1Gb storage $77 per month

X-Cart telephone support
Support for X-Cart shopping cart: $55 per month (paid annually):
- Telephone support up to 1 hour per month non-cumulative. Additional support can be purchased.
- This package relates to support for X-Cart shopping cart interface.
- Unlimited telephone support during for the first 30 days during office hours EST. This supports you while you learn your way around the X-Cart system.
- Email ticket support with 4 hour response time during office hours EST.
- Ongoing support via Support Area, Manual, and FAQs.
- Note: Upgrades and patches to X-Cart are not included in support.
- Hosting, hosting support, and email support will be priced separately, as this will depend on a number of factors including SSL requirements, payment gateways.

.netCMS support
Support for .netCMS (DNN): $55 per month (paid annually):
- Support 1 hour per month - accumulating over a single year. You can use your Support for:
- Telephone support during office hours EST
- Applying security patches/upgrade to DNN or any installed modules
- Email ticket support with 4 hour response time (during office hours EST).
- In addition to the above we provide unlimited telephone support during for the first 30 days after installation during office hours EST. This supports you while you learn your way around the CMS system.
- Ongoing support via Support Area including Manual, FAQs and Support News.
- This package does not included email or email support, as most clients are using Exchange servers.
- Excludes hosting: Our clients prefer choices in hosting environments: including standard hosting (Aust and US), dedicated servers, and self-hosted. We provide advice re specific requirements for DNN hosting, and recommendations on Australian hosting companies.

We encourage all our clients to use content management for their websites. However we do offer standalone hosting - starting from $22 per month.

CMS training
We provide a hands-on training packages for all CMS:
- $330 inc. GST
- 3 hours training in the use of the CMS.
- Training by telephone or at our offices.
- We can also provide training at your office, subject to relevant travel expenses.
Email Add-ons
web2grow recognises that some clients have specific email requirements and email support needs (eg. tech suppport for configuring Outlook clients). Because of our unique technical setup, we are easily able to connect your domain with email services provided by companies specialising in complex email support.
Special requirements include:
- Large file sizes (above 2Mb).
- Large amounts of email left on server.
- Requirements for Windows Outlook integration, using managed Exchange Server.
- Out-of-office-hours support.
- Phone support for mutiple Outlook clients
- Outgoing email server (connection is usually via your ISP)
If you have any of the above requirements please contact us, and we can help you find a email service that suits your exact needs. We have a current list of recommended packages - just ask.
Additional telephone support
Additional support can be pre-purchased, on a 12 month contract at a 50% discount, that is $55 per hour (inc. GST) Total: $660. Standard support without pre-purchase is $110 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1 hour.
Data, traffic and email upgrades
Data, traffic and email upgrades are available on request.
Terms
Minimum term is 12 months. Data traffic in excess of the allowed amount will be charged at 15c per mb.
Monthly payments are only available with a automated bank or credit payment, requiring a signature prior to payment.
